Die heutige Eurotherm hat ihren Ursprung in der Manaut GmbH mit Sitz in Deutschland, Produktionsstandort Barcelona / Spanien. Gründung 1964.Seit der Gründung, somit seit über 40 Jahren, produzieren wir solide, sichere und qualitativ hochwertige Heizungssysteme, die sowohl die Ansprüche des Fachmannes, als auch die des Endverbrauchers zufrieden stellen.Das Wissen, Industrie zu betreiben, basiert auf der Verwendung des fortgeschrittensten Herstellungs – Know – how’s, Verwendung erstklassiger Rohmaterialien sowie den strikten internen Qualitätskontrollen, die an sämtlichen Produkten durchgeführt werden.
Zunächst wurden Stahl-Element-Radiatoren hergestellt, ab 1980 Flachheizkörper und ab 1995 Bad & Design – Heizkörper. Im Laufe der Jahre wurden weitere Produktionswerke wie z. B. in Österreich zugekauft. Im Jahre 2002 wurde mit der neuen Marke “Eurotherm“ eine neue Basis für die Zukunft geschaffen.
Im Jahr 2004 wurde die Eurotherm Hema Radiators India Ltd. (www.eurothermhema.com), ein Joint Venture Unternehmen der Eurotherm GmbH Deutschland und Hema Engineering Ltd. Gurgaon / Indien (www.hemaengineering.com) bis dato ausschließlich im Automobil- und Motorrad – Teile – Geschäft tätig, und in Bawal, District Rewari (Haryana) ca. 70 km von Delhi, ein neues Werk für heiztechnische Produkte in Betrieb genommen.
Mittlerweile beschäftigt die Eurotherm Hema – Gruppe weltweit ca. 750 Mitarbeiter, die Hema – Gruppe ca. 2.300 Mitarbeiter, mit einem Gesamtumsatz von ca. 80 Millionen Euro und ist zumindest in Teilsegment der Heiztechnik, z. B. Stahl – Kaminöfen zum Weltmarktführer aufgestiegen.Mittlerweile betragen unsere Jahreskapazitäten 125.000 – 150.000 Stahl – Kaminöfen, ca. 900.000 Flach – Heizkörper, ca. 100.000 Badheizkörper, sowie sonstige heiztechnische Bedarfsartikel.
Unsere Werke sind zertifiziert nach ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und OHSAS 18001. Unsere Produkte sind zertifiziert nach DIN EN 442, PN EN 442, EN 13240, DIN plus, § 15 a B – VG (Österreich), VKF (Schweiz) und CE.

The today's Eurotherm has your origin in the Manaut GmbH with seat in Germany, production location Barcelona/Spain. Establishment 1964. Since the establishment, thus for over 40 years, we

The knowledge to operate industry is based on the use most advanced manufacture - know-how' s, use of first-class raw materials as well as strict internal quality controls, which are accomplished at all products. First steel element radiators were manufactured, starting from 1980 flat heating element and starting from 1995 bath & Design - heating elements. In the course of the years further production works were bought to go with as e.g. in Austria.
In the year 2002 with the new mark “Eurotherm “a new basis for the future was created. In the year 2004 the Eurotherm Hema of radiator India Ltd. became. (www.eurothermhema.com), a joint venture enterprise of the Eurotherm GmbH Germany and Hema engineering Ltd. Gurgaon/India (www.hemaengineering.com) to date exclusively taken in the automobile and motorcycle - parts - business actively, and in Bawal, District Rewari (Haryana) approx. 70 km von Delhi, a new work for heating technical products in enterprise.
Meanwhile the Eurotherm Hema - group of world-wide approx. 750 co-workers, the Hema - employs group of approx. 2,300 co-workers, with a gross income of approx. 80 million euro and is at least in partial segments of the heating technique, e.g. Steel - chimney ovens to the world market leader ascended. Gurgaon situated at Plot No-6 and 13, Sector-6, HSIDC Industrial Complex, Bawal, Distt. Rewari. Eurotherm Hema Radiators India Limited is a 100% Export Oriented Unit , equipped with state of art technology and facilities for manufacturing the complete product basket of domestic heating solutions for the overseas market. The company has a strong and wide overseas marketing network to understand and fulfill the customer's requirement. The company is professionally managed by qualified trained and experienced personnel adopting world class manufacturing (WCM) practices like Just In Time, Single Piece Flow, Line Balancing, Mistake Proofing,3M, 3G etc. The company is manufacturing and supplying the full product range of Heating Ovens, Bath Radiators, Steel Panel Radiators and its full accessories, used for domestic heating purposes. Plant & Building
The company has build up a state of art plant with 10, 000 square Meter covered area and kept another 10,000 Square Meter area free for future expansion , in government approved industrial area in Bawal , Rewari; Haryana ,approximately 80 km. From New Delhi International Airport. Building is made up of imported Galvalumed steel sheet with insulation on rooftop for ambience. Plant has the provision for loading three containers simultaneously and movement of container inside the plant. Also plant is equipped with 15 T elevated over head train for lifting heavy plant & machinery / raw material from outside the plant and taking it inside the plant . Plant meets all statuary and regulatory requirement like state of art fire fighting equipment, rainwater-harvesting tanks, and emergency exists, Explosive License, etc. The company has 2Mw at 11 Kva sanctioned electrical load with equal captive power generation capacity backed up with world class HT Transformer , LT Panel & Power factor Panel
Manufacturing / Welding Capability
Company has installed Most sophisticated, modern and automated welding line for manufacturing of steel panel radiator including multi - station spot welding, Seam welding, Projection welding, Shearing, edge trimming, Edge rounding machines. All machines are synchronized and inter locked to produce different varieties of Steel Panel radiators simultaneously. The welding line is imported from world renown manufacturer of the class of machines namely M/s Schlatter, Germeny & M/s Leas, Italy. The welding line includes 100% inspection of radiators for leakage. Each line has the capacity to produce 1000 radiators / shift. The machinery is backed up state of art utility including Cooling plant, Chiller Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant and Battery of transformers.
Press / Stamping Capability
Company has installed 2 Power Press from M/s Grabner Germeny , the worlds leading manufacturer of Press supported with other Power Presses . Each power press is 650 T capacity specially designed for plates of steel panel radiator. Presses are totally automated, equipped with sophisticated programming to produce different sizes/ types of radiator plates / parts. Each power press is equipped with most modern sophisticated alarm and safety system. Press / Stamping capability is backed up with battery of stand by tools and a state of tool manufacturing & repairing facilities including CNC machines.
Powder Coating Capabilities
Company has installed a giant conveyorized power coating shop with 2.5 meter/ minute speed, turning radius of 2 meter , 11 stage pre treatment plant, water base primer dip tank, Auto applicators from M/s Gema, Germany and two baking ovens . The powder coating process includes world class practices like water base primer tank for all most negligible pollution and primer reaching intricate locations of radiators also auto applicators for smooth/ equal coating with absolutely no hazard to humans in the plant. The baking ovens uses worlds leading heating technology from M/s Weishb Germany. The powder coating shop is supportd the state of art Effluent Treatment Plant from M/s Thermax for treating the waiste water from powder coating plant and recycling of the water the natural resource .

M/s Hema Engineering Industries has specialized in mass production in Sheet Metal and other tubular components with core competency of surface treatment like Powder Coating, painting, Electroplating.
